If you answered yes to any of these questions, enrolling in a mindfulness course may be ideal for you! The concept of mindfulness has been seen to not only decrease negative thoughts and feelings of those who partake in its practice, but also to improve overall mental well-being. Whether watching a mindfulness meditation video, journaling, or practicing yoga, mindfulness can be experienced in numerous ways in life. In this course, you will participate in a free eight-week mindfulness program aimed at increasing positive thoughts, self-confidence and concentration, as well as decreasing stress, anxiety and negative emotion.
